Rainbow Samadhi
If you are:
- curious about how to bring a greater sense of calm and connection to your life,
- new to yoga, or haven't practised in a while,
- still looking for a style of exercise that works for you,
you have found the right place

Welcome, friend, to Rainbow Samadhi.
I'm Liz (she/her), a queer, AuDHD, yoga teacher and I offer a variety of yoga, meditation and breathing practices to help you gain greater connection to yourself and the people in your community.
For me, yoga is a practise of connecting with the body and mind through breath, meditation, and postures to develop a greater sense of calm and stability both physically and spiritually.
I have been practising yoga for a number of years and have come to realise that it is a practise that benefits everyone, but is not always accessible to everyone. This realisation has led me to creating Rainbow Samadhi.
Here, the rainbow symbolises being a fully gender-inclusive, queer-friendly, and neuro-affirming space. Every lesson and teaching method is purposefully designed to be welcoming and inclusive; fostering a sense of joy and hope, community and connection. Samadhi, from its Sanskrit roots, is the profound state of meditative consciousness, a deep, internal liberation from the constraints of mind and body, a personal nirvana accessible to all.
Providing safe and accessible spaces for people in the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities is a particular passion of mine and I hope to use my platform as a yoga teacher for all people to be their authentic selves through movement, breathing, and meditation.
My background is in teaching, education, and biological sciences and I draw on my experience in these fields to create an evidence-based, trauma-informed practice that is inclusive, accessible and will nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
So thank you for stopping by and I look forward to meeting with you to cultivate your own Samadhi experience.
